MyKad holders are eligible for MyKad Points Loyalty Program, i.e. your MyKad acts as a loyalty card to collect points.

Whenever you shop at any of the outlets or government agencies displaying the MyKad Points logo, you will be rewarded with points that can be redeemed for e-Cash.

The e-Cash is stored in your MyKad and you can enjoy the benefits of shopping for any goods or services that you like by paying with MEPSCASH!

How do I become a member?
All MyKad holders bearing the MEPSCASH logo can be a member. Membership is free.

There is no registration form to be completed. Just present the MyKad at any of the participating MyKad Points outlet and it will be inserted into an EDC terminal.

The terminal will auto-register your MyKad and you can immediately earn points by shopping at the outlet.

How are the points awarded?
Each time you make a payment by cash, cheque, debit or credit card for your purchases at any of the MyKad Points participating retailers/outlets, you accumulate points.
 The participating retailers/outlets determine the point’s structure. For example some retailers/outlet will award 1 point for every RM 1.00 or for every RM 2.00 payment, etc.

Where and how do I redeem my points?
The points that you accumulate can only be redeemed for e-Cash that will be stored in the MyKad.
You can redeem once you have accumulated minimum points of 500 and that is the equivalent to RM5.00 of e-Cash.
 The redemption can be done on the spot at any of the participating MyKad Points retailers/outlets or government agencies.
